• Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping, and we recommend using an insured, trackable method.

2. Exchanges

• Incorrect Items: Exchanges are only available for incorrect items received. For other exchanges, return the original item for store credit and place a new order.
• Shipping Costs: You are responsible for all shipping costs, including any import duties and taxes.
